“I am so excited to share with all of you an experience of a lifetime. I was awarded a scholarship through AATSP this summer to attend a 2 week language and culture course in Cusco, Pero. The scholarship with Latino Schools covered my course work and my home stay.  I was also able to enroll my 16 year old daughter in private lessons with the same school.  We had an incredible experience.  The tours, the host family, and the instructors made our 2 weeks incredible.  We tried amazing food, visited Machu Picchu and the Rainbow Mountains, and met truly wonderful people.  This experience is exactly what I needed as a veteran teacher in order to focus on my own language learning and experience the incredible Incan and Peruvian culture first hand.  Sharing this with my daughter made it even better.  We both are hoping to return back to Peru and hopefully another course with Latino Schools.
