Teacher Benefits & Rewards for AATSP Members

That's why they offer a robust set of perks designed to celebrate your leadership and make travel more sustainable for your department.
New Teacher Reward: First-time leaders with a new Xperitas program receive either a Guide at no cost, or a $500 classroom grant (depending on group size).
Referral Bonus: Know another teacher who'd love to travel with students? Refer them to Xperitas and earn a $1,000 bonus when their group of 6+ students travels.
This is a great way to keep your department or district engaged - even if you're stepping away from travel.
Global Leaders Conference (GLC): Xperitas hosts an annual in-person conference in Minneapolis where you'll meet your Program Manager, connect with international partners, and receive valuable training.
Travel, lodging, and most meals are covered by Xperitas.
Professional Development Credits: Through a partnership with the University of the Pacific, teachers can earn credits for leading Xperitas programs and attending the GLC.
World Language Department Grant: If multiple programs from the same school or district travel within a two-year span, you could qualify for an extra reward!
$500 if two programs travel

$1,000 if four programs travel
No need to apply - Xperitas will notify you directly if your school becomes eligible!
Large Group Classroom Grant: If 18+ students join your program, you'll receive a $250 grant to reinvest in your classroom.
