The AATSP Outstanding Portuguese
Graduate Student Research Competition Award is given
annually to 3-5 students. This competition recognizes exceptional research by emerging scholars in Portuguese linguistics, literature, Luso-Afro-Brazilian studies, pedagogy, translation, applied linguistics, and related fields.
