About El Camino College:
Founded in 1947 and situated in Torrance CA, El Camino Community College is a Hispanic Serving Institution, with a 52% Latinx student population, many of which are heritage speakers of Spanish. The Spanish faculty at El Camino is committed to serving this population and is looking forward to collaborating with the AATSP in the areas of teacher training, student recruitment, and community outreach.
