Late AATSP President Supports Scholarships to Annual Conference
Thursday, November 10, 2022
The AATSP has received a generous bequeath from the estate of the late Marilynn C. Pavlik. She designated support of two scholarships for two teachers (one for preK-8 and one for high school) to travel annually to the AATSP conference and experience our premiere professional development focused on Spanish and Portuguese. Such gifts are a remarkable sign of the institutional commitment held by many AATSP members. Her kindness will go a long way to support the professional trajectory of our teachers.
We are excited to announce that two conference scholarships for $2,000. each in Marilynn Pavlik's name will be awarded in 2023 for travel to the 105th AATSP Annual Conference in Salamanca, Spain. For more information about the scholarships and to view the application, click here. The application period opens on December 1, 2022, and closes on January 1, 2023.
