Celebrate NTSW by learning how to advocate for language education

The AATSP has officially rebranded the former Advocacy Committee as the Advocacy Leadership and Governmental Relations Task Force. Martha Vásquez (AATSP Past President) and Israel F. Herrera (2018 AATSP Outstanding Teacher of the Year 4-year College) are the co-chairs of the committee. 

In recognition of National Teach Spanish Week, Vásquez and Herrera are excited to invite you to a special Zoom meeting on Thursday, September 30^th from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM Central Time. During this meeting, they will introduce the goals of the new task force and engage in conversation about potential advocacy strategies and future events.
