On Saturday, May 13 from 9:00 AM-12:30 PM CT, Edinumen will present a webinar to honor the AATSP Texas-Brazos Chapter for being named AATSP Chapter of the Year (large). The webinar will be open to all, and participants will learn how to merge theory and practice to create a student-centered Spanish classroom and use inductive teaching and learning to create a rich context for building proficiency. Members of the honoree chapter who attend will be entered in a drawing to receive one of two scholarships to Edinumen’s and the Universidad de Salamanca’s inaugural Español Excelente Institute from June 18-25, which includes twenty hours of professional learning sessions with Edinumen and USAL staff, more than fifteen hours of cultural activities, and meals and lodging.
