Due to the advent of the Omicron variant, CLTA is now requiring all participants, presenters, and exhibitors to be fully vaccinated & BOOSTED if it has been six months since your second shot of Pfizer & Moderna or two months after your first shot of Johnson & Johnson.
In addition to the above requirement, all participants, presenters, and exhibitors will be required to wear a mask at all times except when eating.

In what is likely to be one of the first in-person professional learning events in a very long time, the CLTA Conference in 2022 will be in Sacramento at the DoubleTree Hotel. As the local hosts for the conference, FLAGS is thrilled to welcome all of CLTA back to in-person professional learning.
We will continue to monitor the conditions in California and follow all CDC and California Department of Public Health COVID protocols. We are working with the DoubleTree Sacramento in order to ensure all participants’ health and safety at the conference.
CLTA has added several COVID Protocols to keep you as safe as possible. We are offering participants the option to eat meals in the ballroom or out on the patio. Finally, all participants, presenters & exhibitors will be required to ...

wear masks at all times in the conference space except when eating
You will have the opportunity to upload your Proof of Vaccination during the registration process or to bring your card with you to the Conference.
