CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES: (The AATSP 2017 Conference on-line registration will open January 2017)

  • Admission to all presentations including 30- and 75-minute sessions, e-Posters, panels and featured sessions
  • Admission to:
    1. Exhibit Hall with refreshments during breaks
    2. President's Welcome Reception
    3. Awards Banquet if selected during registration process (Student and Lifetime members must purchase a ticket to attend)
  • Workshops and excursions are not included in the conference registration fee but can be purchased for a nominal additional cost


All registration changes and refund requests must be made in writing no later than April 1, 2018 via e-mail (to or US Postal Service (900 Ladd Road, Walled Lake, MI 48390) postmarked by April 1, 2018. No refunds will be granted after April 1, 2018. All refund requests will be subject to a $75 processing fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please allow 8 weeks for processing.


Credit card (VISA and MasterCard) payments are accepted online during the registration process. Please note: Checks or Purchase Orders cannot be accepted.


  • Data Projector and Screen. The AATSP will provide a data projector and screen in each conference meeting room where presentations take place; there is no cost to presenters for this equipment.
  • Computers. Each presenter is responsible for providing his/her own computer for the presentation.
  • HDMI Adapter. In order to connect the newer thin tablet laptops to a data projector or other standard input, users must bring an HDMI to VGA Adapter with them for use during the presentation.
  • Apple Computer Users. In order to connect an Apple computer to a data projector, users must bring the Mini Display Port to VGA Adapter to connect to a standard input. Adapters will not be provided or available at the conference.
  • Internet Access. The AATSP will provide complimentary internet access in each conference meeting room.
  • Some AV Equipment not available. The following equipment is not available for use during the conference: overhead projectors, slide projectors, CD or video players, computer speakers, cables, or adapters.
