Audio Visual Information
Data Projectors & Screens: The AATSP will provide data projectors and screens in all conference meeting rooms where presentations will take place at no cost to presenters. Apple computer users must bring the Mini DisplayPort to VGA Adapter to connect to a standard input. Adapters will not be provided. Each presenter is responsible for providing his or her own computer. Internet: As of September 2011 Internet access is NOT provided in the conference meeting space. Presenters who require Internet access must request and pay for Internet access during the registration process. Estimated cost: $450. Not available: overhead projectors, slide projectors, CD or video players, computer speakers, cables or adapters. THE INFORMATION REQUESTED HERE IS FOR SCHEDULING PURPOSES ONLY.
