2012 Chapter of the Year Award
The AATSP Chapter of the Year Award is presented to the chapter that demonstrates outstanding chapter activities along with membership participation. A $500 honorarium for the winning chapter accompanies this award.

The 2012 winner of the Chapter of the Year Award is the San Antonio de Béjar Chapter located in San Antonio, Texas. The Selection Committee noted that the San Antonio de Béjar Chapter provides an outstanding number of activities for its members including teacher workshops, numerous lectures, a fall gathering, travel incentives to attend the AATSP annual conference, as well as a poetry declamation contest for students. |
