Hosted by the Center for Educational Resources in Culture, Language and Literacy (CERCLL) at the University of Arizona, the Second Language Digital Literacies Symposium (L2DL) is a biennial international hybrid event that allows academics to make connections across the globe.

The recorded, digital presentations will be hosted online during the week of October 19, with asynchronous fora (discussion threads) allowing for question-and-answer during the entire week.

The invited live presentations include papers by Shannon Sauro (University of Maryland, Baltimore County) and Jonathon Reinhardt (University of Arizona); and a panel featuring Darren Joseph Cunningham (Georgetown University), Francesca Helm (University of Padova), Carmen King Ramirez (University of Arizona) and Liudmila Klimanova (University of Arizona).

In 2020, the L2DL symposium explores intersections between international education, digital literacies, and virtual exchange.
