Please join us for our 5th annual FLES Fest event on May 18 (9am-12noon) at the Dalton School in NYC.

Our keynote speaker is author, curriculum designer, teacher and FLES leader Dr. Tori Gilbert. As in past years, we will have job-alike and grade-level group chats, exhibitors with FLES materials, and a lesson/activity swap (NOTE: this year's swap is
"paper free." Please contribute by uploading your materials to our shared online folder: https://tinyurl.com/FLESFest2019).

Consider applying for our teacher award: The Mari Haas Prize for Excellence in FLES Teaching. This $1000 grant is open to any current FLES (K-8) teachers to develop materials to share with your colleagues. The application is available when you register
online.

Teachers of all grades/languages are welcome! Visit https://www.dalton.org/dalton-fles-fest-2019 to register. Bagels, pastries, tea/coffee and juice will be served (as well as collegiality, curriculum, and community)! There is a $20 charge for this
event (*please note: our credit card payment system has been troublesome this week. If you have trouble processing a credit card, choose the "pay by check" option, and you can pay when you arrive on the 18th).
