Special Event Scheduling Request
Special events (committee meetings, business meetings, receptions, author sessions, or musical events) that need to be scheduled during the Annual Conference should be registered here.
Please include details regarding the amount of time the events requires, how many people are expected, the type of room set-up required, any audio visual needs or electronic needs, catering needs and budget, and other pertinent information.
For meetings, please make every effort to follow the conference schedule and plan for a 30-minute or 75-minute timeframe. The person submitting the special events proposal will be responsible for expenses not approved in advance by the AATSP.

Please provide the name of the moderator, or chair of the session. If only one presenter is part of this submission, complete the information requested for the Chair/Moderator. Skip to the end of the form and complete the Agreement section. Then click submit.
