Exhibitor Session (75 minutes)

All conference exhibitors are entitled to one 75-minute session during which they may present information related to the product or service they offer; exhibitors receive this opportunity as a means to augment their booth rental and presence in the exhibit hall.

The topic should be related to the teaching and learning of language, literature, linguistics and/or culture of the Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking world. Attendees are notified that this is an exhibitor session. No financial transaction may take place during the session, and no products may be sold during the session.

The conference program clearly labels exhibitor sessions.

Data Projectors and Screens. The AATSP will provide data projectors and screens in all conference meeting rooms where presentations take place; there is no cost to presenters for this equipment.
Computers. Each presenter is responsible for providing his/her own computer for the presentation.
Apple Computer Users. Apple computer users must bring the Mini Display Port to VGA Adapter to connect to a standard input. Adapters will not be provided or available.
Internet Access. Internet access in conference meeting space is available only through purchase from the hotel. Presenters must request Internet access from the hotel and pay the hotel directly for this special service. Estimated cost: $450.
Some AV Equipment not available. The following equipment is not available for use during the conference: overhead projectors, slide projectors, CD or video players, computer speakers, cables, or adapters.
• A moderator or chair of a session is responsible for organizing the presenters, serving as the main point of contact with the AATSP for this session, sharing information regarding the scheduling of the session with other presenters, and moderating the presentation at the conference.
• Chairs may also be presenters at their session.
• Provide the name and contact information of the moderator or chair of this session as it should appear in the Conference Program.
• If there are multiple persons involved in this session, complete the presenter information sections requested below for each additional presenter.
