Readers Needed for New AP Capstone Program

College Board is actively recruiting faculty in secondary and post-secondary institutions to serve as readers for the new Advanced Placement (AP) Capstone program - the multi-year skills-based curriculum that includes AP Seminar and AP Research. Since the Capstone program curriculum is skills-based, the requirements to be a reader are also skills-based.
AP Seminar (the first year of the two-year program)
College Board is looking for faculty members who teach an interdisciplinary course, who participate in an honors program, or who lead a course focused on critical thinking. Faculty who have taught undergraduate seminar courses are also encouraged to apply.
AP Research (the second year of the two-year program)
College Board is looking for faculty who lead undergraduate courses focused on research skills and methods, or, one in which students produce a research paper using an explicit methodological approach. Faculty who also mentor students conducting research, or, who provide these research opportunities are encouraged to apply.
