Spanish Workshop: June 5-10, 2016
Conducted concurrently with the annual FDIB International Business Seminar Series, this workshop instructs high school and university-level Spanish instructors on techniques and strategies for teaching Business Spanish to their students. The program fee is is $950 for college-level instructors with limited CIBER scholarships of $500 each available to the first confirmed applicants; the fee is only $100 for the week-long program for High School instructors of Spanish. SEMINAR SUMMARY: Acquire the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to create and implement a world-class international business Spanish curriculum. The workshop is designed for high school, college and university instructors of Spanish who are interested in or already offering courses in business Spanish at the advanced-intermediate and advanced levels. Each topic of this program was carefully selected to cultivate better instruction. Participants will discover new practices and resources to improve their abilities as instructors in the ever-evolving and changing international business environment.
