Professional Partner: Professional Partners have a multi-year mutually beneficial relationship with the AATSP
The annual AATSP conference is held the second week in July, somewhere in the Spanish- or Portuguese-speaking world during even-numbered years (for example, in 2010 the conference will take place in Mexico, in 2012 in Puerto Rico). During odd-numbered years, the conference is held in the continental United States. The conference is the primary professional development event for our members.
Exhibit: Exhibitors have a face-to-face presence in the Exhibit Hall, and have the opportunity to present a session at the conference. This is a great opportunity to meet actively-involved members of the organization
Advertise in the Conference Program: The conference program is available online for public access and distributed to all conference attendees. A publication referred to repeatedly during the conference, this advertising medium provides focused advertising.
Distribution: Every conference attendee receives a copy. Average conference attendance: 600+
Sponsorship: There are limited sponsorship opportunities available in conjunction with the conference.

The American Association of Teachers of Spanish & Portuguese (AATSP) provides mailing lists to Conference Exhibitors and other organizations and companies that provide services related to the profession.

The AATSP has several publications in both print and electronic format. Advertisements are accepted in all the following publications.
Individual Publication Advertising
Hispania,
the official journal of the AATSP, features articles on literature and language, book reviews, theoretical and applied linguistics, professional and Hispanic/Luso-Brazilian World news, and media and computers, along with AATSP official announcements, and advertisements. Publications are in March, June, September, and December.
Hispania is a member of the Council of Editors of Learned Journals.
Hispania is produced in print format (and soon electronic format as well) and distributed only to members.
