After June 10, 2011 conference registration must be processed on site in Washington. Scroll down on this page for additional Conference Registration Details. This information will also be on the Conference Registration page.

* I would like to reserve my hotel room.
AATSP Conference Attendees are receiving a special rate and special included amenties. You will be taken to the hotel's reservation system. You may also book your hotel without logging in by using the Room Availability search box in the bottom left hand corner of the hotel's reservation system page on the link above.
The AATSP single/double guest room rate is $175 per night and will include in-room internet access for one computer per room. Triple occupancy $195; Quadruple occupancy $215; Regency Club is $60 additional to group rate.

Taxes: 14.5% State and Local Taxes (Subject to change without notice according to government regulations)

Conference Registration includes:

  • all 30- and 75-minute sessions
  • open receptions
  • admission to the Awards Banquet (exceptions: Student and Lifetime members)

  • admission to the President's Welcome Reception at the Residence of the Spanish Ambassador (available to the first 250 paid registrants)
  • author sessions

Awards Banquet:
The Awards Banquet will take place Friday evening, July 8, 2011. In order to have an accurate meal count, we ask that you please select the Awards Banquet "optional ticket" item below if you plan to attend the Banquet. You will be able to indicate a regular or vegetarian meal on the next page.
  • Members and Non-members: The Awards Banquet, a $75 value, is included in the conference registration fee. Please select the item below in the "optional ticket" area so we can create an accurate meal count.
  • Student members and Life membersmust purchase an Awards Banquet ticket can be purchased for $75 if you would like to attend the Awards Banquet.
  • Guests: You can purchase Awards Banquet tickets for $75 each and attend the Awards Banquet with your AATSP Member.
